NO DOUGH PIZZA!!!!!!! This one is a WINNER!!!!
Gluten Free, Low Carb, Diabetic Friendly!!!!!!
For when you absolutely want pizza but not all the carbs!!!!!!!

Crust
1 (8 oz) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Topping
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers
Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

CrockPot Recipes

Archie Ackley's Awesome Chili
2 lbs Hamburger
1 Can Chopped Green Chilis
1 Jar Sliced Jalapenos
2 Cans Hot Chili Beans
2 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Cans Tomato Soup
4 tbsp Chili Powder
Brown hamburger in skillet. Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour. 
Turn crock pot to low setting and cook an additional 14 hours.

Serve with crackers, cheese, and sour cream.

Regina Ackley's  Crockpot Beef Stew



2 to 2 1/2 pounds very lean beef stew meat
2 tablespoons bacon drippings, oil, or shortening
2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced celery
5 large potatoes, cut in eighths
4 or 5 large carrots, cut in 2-inch slices
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder (optional)
1 can condensed tomato soup

Crockpot: Brown stew beef in bacon drippings or other fat. 

Add chopped onions and sliced celery and cook until tender. 

Transfer meat and onion mixture, remaining vegetables and seasonings, soup, and a 

soup can of water to the crock. 

Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours - HIGH 5 to 6 hours. 

Check occasionally and add a little water if necessary. 

Serve with a crusty bread.
